Shipping Policy
Welcome to Cosmic Coven's Shipping Policy. We strive to ensure your order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs, and our costs are transparent.

Note that candles are shipped Monday-Wednesday to prevent them melting in postal warehouses.

Orders under $75 are not insured. Therefore we encourage you to purchase insurance for such orders. If items arrive damaged in any way, we are not responsible unless the necessary insurance was purchased.
Orders over $75 are automatically insured. And it is your responsibility to notify us via email with photos as proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be held responsible for shipping damage.
Items lost in transit or delayed are beyond our control. Please refer to your local postal office for assistance.

DURING PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON (SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER) ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
Please refer to the USPS website for holiday cutoff dates in order to ensure that your gifts arrive before Holiday closures. We are not responsible for any postal delays once we have shipped.
We do not allow any cancellations of orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
"At our store, we have a strict policy of no returns or exchanges. If we send the wrong item, we require immediate proof of the mistake within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise we charge a 30% restocking fee if the time limit is exceeded. Please note that the item must in mint condition. Thank you for your understanding."
